Courtney & Arielle Thomas
Courtney and Arielle met while attending a networking event in Denver, Colorado. After three months, Courtney left his Property Preservation business and his life in Chicago to pursue his new life with his wife, Arielle. They made the decision to buy a home in Colorado Springs to achieve a better quality of life. After settling in and now being granted the opportunity to focus on life goals, they both decided to transfer their talents and learned skills into Real Estate Investing. Both had their skill-sets, Arielle with a BA in Business Management and Courtney with experience running a business that dealt with foreclosure and rehabbing over a five year period.
For years, Arielle and Courtney dreamed of creating their own real estate business but didn’t know how it would work. They knew they had to start somewhere; so they just jumped right in and decided to make their dream a reality.
With a goal to work together in real estate doing what they love, Courtney and Arielle desired to share their passion for real estate with others. As they began to develop the company and carve their niche in the vast world of real estate, they quickly realized that there was a distinct need for certain real estate services they originally did not foresee. This new development led them to decide to create a set of companies – wherein collaboration with one another, they would offer a package of real estate services under one large umbrella, known as “Noah’s Ark Investments, LLC”.
